2023 CES PAC Board Members
This is my fifth year as a PAC Board member (transitioned over from the Heath Brook & Trahan PAC). I’m also on the Ryan School PAC and the TYF Board as their Communications Director.
I'm officially a boy mom with a 5th grader, 2nd grader, 2.5 year old, and one more on the way.
In my spare time not volunteering , I work full time for a software company, leading one of our enablement teams. I originally joined the PAC because as a working parent I had literally no idea what was happening in the schools when my oldest was in Kindergarten.
As a Co-Chair at CES I'll be working on things like the Staff Breakfast this Thursday, Read Across America Week, Field Days and booking Enrichment for all three grades.
I love being on the PAC as it allows me to be an active participant & advocate in and for my child's education. I truly believe that our nonprofit organization makes a huge difference in these student's lives and I'm happy to be just a small a part of that.
I have been Co-chair of the Dewing/ North Street Parent Advisory Council for the last 3 years. As well as Chair of the North Street PAC for 2 years and Co-Chair of the Ryan PAC for 2 years. I also sit on the TGBL board as scheduler.
I am a working Mom of 2 beautiful daughters. My oldest is in the 7th grade at the Wynn and my youngest is in 3rd at the Center Elementary School.
I love being part of the PAC. Planning fun events like Trunk or Treat, The Jolly Jamboree, The Fun Run and hosting the Holiday Shop are some of my favorite things we do. Watching the smiles on the kids faces make this so rewarding.
I have had the honor of working with some of the most amazing, hard working Moms and Dads out there. It’s very easy to get involved and plenty of ways we need help.
Hi my name is Jen Foley and I am the treasurer for the Center Elementary school Parent Advisory Council. I have been on the PAC for 4 years. I also work part time as a labor and delivery nurse.
I have twin 9 year olds In the 4th grade. I came to the PAC so I could be more Informed In school activities and fundraising.
My favorite activities are the Book Fair and this year, the 4th grade celebration.
I work with some amazing people who are caring about our children and community. I hope to see you all at the PAC meetings. We would love to have your help.
Hi, I'm Colin, and I'm the communications director for the PAC.
My wife and I have a daughter in second grade (formerly at the Dewing). Her starting kindergarten in the fall of 2020 made it really hard for us to get involved in the schools, but we began volunteering more once things opened up last year, and I'm excited to take this next step on the PAC.
I work for a startup doing marketing and communications, and I hope to use my career skills to help build an active community to support all CES students.
In our spare time we love to travel, and I'm a big fan of sports and music. A fun fact about me is that I've seen Dave Matthews Band in concert 79 times.
My name is Jenn Tavares and I am the secretary of the Center Elementary Parent Advisory Council. This is my second year as secretary, but I have been volunteering at school events for the last 3 years.
My daughter is in the 3rd grade (formerly North Street). I work full-time at a software company and try to get involved/volunteer as much as possible.
I love what the PAC stands for in our schools and community. Seeing the smiles on our kids’ faces is why I love what we do. Hosting events, planning enrichment programs, field trips, and field days are just a few things we work on throughout the year.
We are a great group of people, all working towards giving our kids a fun and fulfilling school experience!
This is my first official year on the PAC but I’ve been volunteering since my son was in Kindergarten in 2020.
I have 2 boys. My son Christian is 8 and in 2nd and my son Cole is 4 and in his second year of preschool. Christian is very involved in Sports and you’ll usually find us on a Football, Baseball, Basketball and new this Spring Lacrosse field. I love being part of a community that does so much for our kids
I work part-time for United Airlines where I’ve been for the last 23 years. I love to travel and before kids some of my favorite places were Australia, Italy and Hawaii but since the kids you’ll probably catch us going to Disney World again. It seems to be something as a PAC we all enjoy though judging by our family pictures
Some of my favorite PAC events are Trunk or Treat, Holiday Events, Teacher Appreciation and Field Day.
My name is Michelle Robertson and I am one of the co-chairs on the Center Elementary School PAC, this is my 2nd year on the PAC. I have a 3rd grader, at CES and a 1st grader at HB.My favorite part of being involved in the PAC is helping to plan the events for the kids and our families. My favorite events are our Fun Run, Trunk or Treat and Field Day. I can’t wait to volunteer with you at any of our events!
I am Chris Moncada and I am one of the Co-Chairs and newest members of the PAC.
My family is appreciative of what the PAC does for us and all students, families, and schools. I had been a parent volunteer as often as I could for Heath Brook and Trahan events. This year, I decided that with the Center Elementary School opening, and that both of my daughters will be attending there now and for the next few years, I’d take a leap, step up and offer to do more. I’ve enjoyed helping at Field Day and other social events and I am excited to work with this experienced group of parents and to be a part of what’s in store the rest of this school year and beyond.
My daughter Olivia is a 4th grader at CES and Lena is a 1st grader at Heath Brook attending CES next fall. My wife Sara is also a TPS alum having grown up in Tewksbury. They are involved in dance at Ms. Tricia’s as well as Girl Scouts. I work from home as a senior claim adjuster for a large workers’ compensation insurer. I’m a life-long guitar player and for a while, I crafted them as a professional luthier which I still do on the weekends.
I hope to bring some new ideas and perspectives to the PAC and I look forward to meeting more of you throughout the year at our gatherings and events.
I’m Kate Puopolo the new Assistant Treasurer. My husband Stephen and I moved to Tewksbury 10 years ago. We have a 10 year old son in 4th grade and a 7 year old daughter in first grade at the Heath Brook.
I started volunteering to help the Pac at the Heath Brook because I loved seeing the kids and being able to see my kids at school and with their friends. Over time I started doing the bookfair for the Heath Brook and Trahan with two other incredible moms. I decided to join the PAC this year to get even more involved and help out the amazing parents who have been doing this. I have made some great friendships through my volunteering and look forward to many more events. Some of my favorites are of course the bookfair, field day and Trunk or Treat.
We hope to see you at the next PAC meeting and giving the kids a great year.
